Briarcliff Manor Day Camp 2026 Information

The Briarcliff Manor Recreation Department Day Camp Program offers a fun, safe, and enriching summer experience for children entering Kindergarten through 9th grade. Designed with age-appropriate activities, caring staff, and a strong sense of community, our four unique day camps provide campers with opportunities to play, explore, make friends, and create lifelong summer memories.

Our camps are thoughtfully structured by grade level to ensure engaging programming that grows with your child — from first-time campers to seasoned tweens. Each camp takes place in familiar Briarcliff locations and balances outdoor fun, games, special events, and trips with the supervision and standards families trust.

We are proud to offer a program that prioritizes safety, quality staffing, manageable group sizes, and clear communication with families. The information below provides general details that apply to all four camps.

2026 Camp Dates: Monday, June 29th to Friday, July 31st.  There will be no camp on Friday, July 3rd. 

Based on feedback from our camper families, camp staff, and the department, we’re excited to introduce a new registration format this year. Camp will now be offered by session rather than by individual weeks, and the three-week minimum has been removed.  

Our 2026 Registration options are as follows:

Week #1 - June 29 - July 2 (no camp on July 3rd) -  ADD ON WEEK (prerequisite is that you are registered for one of the sessions)

Session #1 - July 6 - 17 - Monday - Friday  

Session #2 - July 20 - 31 - Monday - Friday  

Full Five Week Bundle - June 29 - July 31st - Monday - Friday with no camp on July 3rd.


Registration for each camp will take place on the following dates and times:  

🏕️ Camp Horizon – Wednesday, January 21, 2026
Campers entering 7th–9th grade in September 2026

  • All grades starts at 9:30 AM

🏞️ Camp Adventure – Thursday, January 22, 2026
Campers entering 4th–6th grade in September 2026

  • Entering 4th grade starts at 9:30 AM
  • Entering 5th grade starts at 10:00 AM
  • Entering 6th grade starts at 10:30 AM

🌟 Super Camp – Wednesday, January 28, 2026
Campers entering 2nd–3rd grade in September 2026

  • Entering 2nd grade starts at 9:30 AM
  • Entering 3rd grade starts at 10:00 AM

🌳 Tree Camp – Thursday, January 29, 2026
Campers entering Kindergarten–1st grade in September 2026

  • Entering Kindergarten starts at 9:30 AM
  • Entering 1st grade starts at 10:00 AM

🌅 Before Camp / After Camp - Wednesday, February 4, 2026
Campers entering Kindergarten–6th grade in September 2026

  • All grades starts at 9:30 AM

☀️🏕️ August Camps – Weekly camps during the month of August 🗓️🌞 - Wednesday, April 22, 2026 
Campers entering Kindergarten - 6th grade in September 2026  - Options will be out in March

  • All options will begin at 9:00 AM

Registration will take place ONLINE ONLY.  Remember with all credit / debit card transactions a 3% service fee will be charged. There is no additional fee for e-checks (ACH transactions).   Camp registration is on a first come first served basis.

Before & After Camp 

Before and after camp programs will be offered during our traditional Day Camps Season (June 29th - July 31st with no program on Friday, July 3rd).  This program is open to Tree Camp, Super Camp and Camp Adventure Campers entering grades K - 6th grade in the Fall of 2026 only.   Registration for both of these programs will begin on Wednesday, February 4th at 9:30 am. 

Medication at Camp

Medication Authorization Form (PDF) - If your child requires medication to be stored at camp, (Epi-Pens, Inhalers, Benadryl, OTC), have your prescribing physician fill out this form and return it with medication.  You can drop off medication at the Recreation office directly to Karen or Allie or drop it off on the first day of camp.   

August Weekly Specialty Camps -  Registration for all August Specialty Camps will be held on  Wednesday, April 22nd at 9 a.m.

These weekly camps will be offered after our traditional Day Camps have ended.  The grades listed are grades entering in September.  Registration for our August Weekly Specialty Camps will happen with our Summer 2026 Registration on Wednesday, April 22nd at 9 a.m.
