Payments Related to Moving Violations

Please note: Moving Violations are summons handed to a defendant by a police officer.

Once a written plea of guilty is submitted to the Court via mail, a fine notice will be mailed to the defendant. After you are made aware of the amount due to the Court, the following methods of payment may be utilized:

To Pay in Person: Customer Service Window Hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 8:30 am- 3:45 pm. On Wednesdays Court is in session and window hours are limited, please be patient. The Court accepts Cash (EXACT AMOUNTS ONLY! WE DO NOT HAVE CHANGE), Certified Check or Money Order. 

To Pay by Mail: A CERTIFIED CHECK or MONEY ORDER may be mailed to the Court. Please make the item payable to "Briarcliff Manor Village Court" and be sure to print your name and case number on the front of the certified check or money order. Please DO NOT MAIL CASH!  If a personal check is sent in it will be sent back
