Remote Participation Notice
Pursuant to Village Code Chapter 47 and NYS Open Meetings Law §103-a, Board members may attend this meeting by videoconference due to extraordinary circumstances, provided a quorum is present in person at a location where the public can attend. LDC members will be attending in person and remotely.

This meeting is held in person, will be broadcasted on Channel 78 (Optimum) or Channel 30 (Verizon FIOS) and live streamed at https://briarclifftv.viebit.com but will also broadcast via Zoom for the purposes of remote viewing and participation.

If you wish to participate by telephone instead of through Zoom, here’s how:
