Planning Board Public Site Visit.

The Planning Board will conduct a public site visit on Saturday, January 10, 2026 at 10:00 AM to review the following applications:

• 1230 Pleasantville Road Co., LLC

Site Plan Approval of a Commercial/Residential Building for a property located at 1230 & 1238 Pleasantville Road

• Brandywine Holding Co., Inc.

Approval of a subdivision for a 15.5-acre parcel for a property located at 620 Sleepy Hollow Road

The site visit will convene at 1111 Pleasantville Road, Briarcliff Manor

Board of Trustees Public Site Visit.

The Board of Trustees will conduct a public site visit on Sunday, January 11, 2026 at 10:00 AM to consider the application of 235 Elm Road - Renaissance Briarcliff Manor 235 Elm Road – Rose Enterprises Group, Inc. Renaissance Briarcliff Manor–Preliminary Planned Unit Development approval (“Preliminary PUD Approval”) pursuant to the proposed §220-21.C of the proposed draft legislation

Please note, members of the public that wish to participate in the 235 elm site visit will be required to sign a form of liability waiver provided by the owner

Meeting Location:

The site visit will convene in the parking lot by Dow Hall, 235 Elm Road, Briarcliff Manor

Any email sent or received through the Village of Briarcliff Manor communication systems may be monitored in the normal course of Village business, may be released to the public under the New York State Freedom of Information Law, and may be subject to discovery proceedings in legal actions.
